Role Description: Mentor for Young People Incorporating Countryside and Animals
This is a term time or full-time on-site role for a young people's mentor who has a love of animals and the countryside. The mentor will be responsible for day-to-day planning of activities related to vocational training in agriculture, animal care, and rural skills. This role involves working closely with small groups of different ages to promote learning and development for young people who need opportunities to thrive.

* Experience in working with diverse age groups
* Some knowledge of farming, agriculture, or rural skills or trade
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in educational or community programs is a plus
