The Opportunity
As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 7+ years PQE, you’ll take charge of a diverse and high-quality caseload, acting for a broad range of clients. Your expertise will drive matters such as landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, and more.
Day-to-day, you’ll handle:
* Sales and Purchases: Managing the full transaction process for commercial property.
* Leases: Drafting and negotiating new leases, lease assignments, and renewals.
* Re-financing: Assisting clients with refinancing their property portfolios.
* Development Agreements: Providing tailored legal advice to developers.
This role isn’t just about maintaining a caseload—it’s an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the department, leveraging your skills and network to create new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* A confident and experienced solicitor with at least 7 years PQE in commercial property law.
* Proven ability to handle matters independently, from inception to completion.
* Strong commercial acumen and business development skills to expand the client base.
* Exceptional multitasking and time-management capabilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving fee-earning targets.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly with Word, Excel, Land Registry Portal, and SDLT online systems.
* A client following is ideal but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
