Who are ExamWorksUK?
We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for a Group Recruiter to join us on a permanent basis.
To resource candidates for vacant positions within the Group using various methods to ensure an offer of employment to a suitable candidate within a specified time to hire equivalent to the notice period for the role. The group locations are based between Durham and Surrey and occasional travel will be required to those. Main Sites are Bolton and Crewe.
We are looking for someone with experience in a recruitment environment to be able to hit the ground running with minimal training needed.
What we are looking for:
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of candidate attraction methods and platforms
An understanding of a recruitment and selection process
Experience of working within an Employment Agency environment or an internal recruitment position is preferable
Experience of working with web-based ATS systems and national job boards.
Effectively managing own workload and supporting peers when required.
Driving direct recruitment to contribute to Cost Savings against the Recruitment Budget.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills
Collaborate with peers to provide the business with a Return on Investment
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high standard of customer care
Understand the need for confidentiality – to comply with the Data Protection Act & GDPR
Ability to multitask and reprioritise.
Represent HR a diverse range of stakeholders, role modelling company values and professional behaviour
The ability to influence, build and sustain relationships at all levels
Be empathetic when delivering outcomes to interviewees
Shares knowledge and ideas with the wider team and the business
Works well under pressure and able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise demanding workloads to tight schedules

This is a Hybrid Role you would be expected to be on site up to 3 times a week in Bolton and in Crewe once every other week - This can change dependant on business needs. Flexibility required - First couple of days would be based in Crewe.
