Blocktech MEP are currently looking for Administrator & PA to join our client in their independent, practice of Chartered Surveyors & Engineers. They are a well-established family firm which has grown from strength to strength over the last 18 years, whilst maintaining the original values. They offer a range of services including building surveys, structural inspections, party wall matters, structural design, and valuations. Role responsibilities The successful candidate will need to be committed to delivering top customer service, greeting the customers in a welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional telephone manner. Answering inbound telephone calls whilst providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients. Supporting the sales team with administration duties and taking payments. Dealing with customer enquiries and booking survey dates to support the sales team. Building customer relationships and inspiring confidence to encourage repeat business. Invoicing Clients, updating accounts software and keeping the CRM up to date. Maintaining office systems, including online data management, and filing. General PA duties for the Director and Office manager. Necessary requirements or attributes Experience in customer service and administration. Basic accounting skills or previous basic experience using accounting software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with clients. Good attention to detail & IT Literate Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills If successful, you will receive the following. 8:45 - 17:00 Monday to Friday £28,500 - £30,000 Salary 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Staff and client social events, Including Marketing, Xmas and Summer Parties.
