Priory Hospital Kemple View is a 90-bedded hospital, offering rehabilitation and recovery (R&R) and secure services for adult males. We support people with a mental health condition and/or a personality disorder.
We have an exciting new opportunity as we are looking to recruit a Site General Administrator to join our administration team at Kemple View, in Langho.
The Site General Administrator plays a critical role in providing administrative support to the Hospital and ensuring the efficient operation of the organisation's administrative functions. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role is an important part of the administrative team within the hospital/service.
Tasks would include:
* Undertaking filing, archiving, and photocopying services.
* Minute taking of meetings as required.
* Supporting the co-ordination and facilitation of meetings both face-to-face and via remote IT systems as required.
* Managing patient monies and petty cash.
* Raising purchase orders and supporting with general deliveries to site (food, stationery, etc.) along with the booking of transport as required.
* Supporting reception duties where required.
* Involvement in data collection and quality audits as required.
* Supporting workforce management and off-duty rotas as required.
* Documenting information in accordance with record keeping and information governance standards.
* Maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act & Priory Group policy.
* Providing cover and support to the wider team and site as needed.
