Job summary
To provide an effective, high quality administrative support service to Therapy Services working within the Therapies department Ellesmere Port Hospital/Countess of Chester.
CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.
Main duties of the job
To partake in a reception and appointment service for all patients attending Therapy Services. To undertake duties associated with the registration routines of Cerner and/or EMIS including logging all patient referral letters onto the scheduling system, carrying out the referral action, and making walk-in appointments. To answer the appointments hotline and deal with telephone calls appropriately. including message taking and forwarding.
