We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building, Development or Estate Manager to join us at a brand new site going live in May 2025! The site is a brand new development based in the Birmingham area and offers the unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in its growth and mobilisation.
We are looking for someone who can come in to develop and implement the SOPs and ensure the site is running effectively and efficiently from the very beginning.
The successful applicant will support with the resolution of all maintenance issues, ensure communal areas are clean and well-presented whilst also providing an exceptional level of customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting and managing the work of staff on site.
This is a very hands-on role, so someone with the experience and willingness to jump in and take ownership is essential.
What you'll do:
* Quality inspections/Site walkarounds.
* Contractor management
* Planned maintenance
* Stock management
* System testing
* Internal & external cleaning of communal areas.
* Concierge services
* Resident liaison
* Producing rotas & completing staff inductions.
* Management of holidays.
What you'll bring:
* Experience overseeing major works
* 2 years experience in general maintenance.
* 2 years experience of leading a team.
* 2 years experience of contractor management.
* Excellent time management and people skills.
* IT proficient
