Job Description
Work with the department leaders to conduct and deliver training needs analysis.
Support the training plan for operational training including SOP training and assisting with external and internal training delivery.
Design and implement training materials including digital, classroom and shopfloor training programmes.
Be first point of contact for all training enquiries.
Completing training administrative tasks.
