Responsible for a portfolio of clients supporting Account Directors in retaining and servicing clients and with prospects. Will support and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit.The Role
* Liaise with clients and develop strong relationships, with degree of interaction scoped out between Account Executive and Account Director/Team Leader.
* Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts (and the Broking Team) as required.
* Lead and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures, and service standards.
* Provide Second Pair of Eyes (SPOE) checking on placement documentation throughout the placement process, subject to management approval and formal training completion.
* Liaison with Natural Resources Gateway team members.
* Manage revenue ensuring income figures on their accounts are accurately reported on the Revenue Analysis and Forecasting Tool (RAFT) via the RAFT Updater and in
* CRM Dynamics Sales Hub for prospects with the nominated CRM Updaters (in close co-operation with Growth Leaders and/or sales and strategy focussed colleagues as appropriate) including budgeting and collection of engineering fees.
