We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with Grocery Experience.

Location: London Bridge 4 days a week (WFH Fridays)

What you’ll do:
1. Your influence will go beyond our marketing campaigns; you'll be the guardian of the Piccolo brand, ensuring that our Piccolo consumers experience the brand consistently across all touchpoints.
2. As we grow as a company you'll ensure our tone of voice continues to be tongue in cheek, relatable and honest whilst remaining authoritative in the parent space.
3. You know how to guard and protect the brand ensuring that everything in consumer touchpoints builds brand equity.
4. Developing and executing disruptive online and offline campaigns.
5. Direction and accountability for Trade Marketing (Shopper Marketing) execution.
Team leadership:
1. Motivate and support a marketing and creative team helping them to deliver the day-to-day whilst always improving processes and efficiency.
2. Help achieve KPIs from the Marketing Team to feed into wider Business goals.
3. Leverage insights from various areas of the business to inform planning and process.
4. Work with the Sales team to drive effective and cost-efficient retail activation.
5. Collaborate closely with NPD teams on product range and new launches.
6. Understand how to get the best from the team in an ambiguous fast-moving environment.
Budget and reporting:
1. Effectively manage the marketing budget ensuring decisions are based on suitably rigorous ROI analysis.
2. Agility to flex approach depending on performance pulling levers needed at the right time.
3. Grip and desire to track activity/spend.
A bit about you:
Experience Required:
1. Able to execute & challenger brand mindset - the ideal candidate will have had experience getting their hands dirty in a small business where there has been a need to “do” rather than purely to delegate to agencies with experience doing the doing so that they can actually measure and assess campaigns.
2. Disruptive thinking - we’re after someone who has some seriously out the box thinking and isn’t scared to bring big, bold ideas to the team.
3. People development and management - we are looking for proven experience supporting a team.

We are seeking candidates who have already worked in an FMCG challenger brand previously, not only big FMCG/CPG. If you have only ever worked in big CPG/FMCG, & have no SME experience, this role requires first hand SME FMCG experience in a marketing role equivalent.
