About the role
At Vision, we have a lot of experience of helping ECTs get experience on a supply basis, and placing them into permanent roles. If you are an ECT but feel you need a little more classroom experience before taking on a permanent Class Teacher role, then supply can be a great way of doing that. You will deliver pre-planned work to your preferred year groups and can build up a regular bank of schools you supply at. Permanent and long-term roles often come as a result of doing supply too, so it increases your chance of finding a role in a school that you already know.
Requirements
To be considered for the role you will need:
Successful completion of PGCE, BEd, BA(QTS) course
Positive references from your final placement school and your course
