Main duties of the job Reporting to the Matron, Quality Improvement, you will be an experienced Registered Nurse ,Midwife or Allied Health Professional, who act asan improvement champion, you will have good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, you will be able to motivate, coach and support others to work together. Your role will include supporting quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives which will include but are not limited to support and delivery of the MFT Accreditation programme and Bee Brilliant initiative.
