Role: SEN Learning Support Administration Assistant
Contract: Fixed term to 31 August 2026
Hours: 37 hours per week (8am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and 8am to 3:30pm on Friday)
Pay Scale/Points: Scale 4 Points 7-8
Salary: Actual salary £21933 - £22582 pa

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and confident person to join our friendly Inclusion/Wellbeing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and flexible individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children with additional learning needs and contributing to a fully inclusive school environment.
This position would ideally suit someone who has strong organisational and administrative skills and an excellent understanding of supporting children with special educational needs.
The primary role of the SEN Admin Assistant/LSA is to support the day-to-day operational work of the SENCO and Wellbeing Team.
This includes but is not limited to, the following:
To support the SENCO in managing the implementation of an inclusive curriculum
To support children with special educational needs in intervention groups as allocated by the SENCO
To manage appropriate SEND resources and to ensure that they are used efficiently, effectively and safely
To develop curriculum resources to ensure that children with SEND have the necessary levels of support
To work with our Inclusion/Wellbeing team to provide support and general admin and clerical duties including preparing documents for Annual Reviews and EHC Needs Assessments requests, minute taking, photocopying, filing, emailing and completion of routine forms.
