Job Description
We’re seeking an Asset Manager to work alongside a close knit and experienced team to manage one of the UK’s top shopping centres. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing business plans, managing asset performance, and making long-term strategic decisions that drive the success of the asset. You will have the opportunity to shape a best-in-class retail destination and contribute to the long-term value of the shopping centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Plan Implementation: Develop and execute asset-level business plans to drive performance.
* Team Management: Lead both internal and external teams to achieve asset objectives.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives.
* Performance Reporting: Regularly report on asset performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Leasing Strategy: Work closely with the leasing team to develop strategies informed by customer insights and market research.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the shopping centre owner, retailers, and the local authority.
* Marketing Coordination: Ensure B2B marketing strategy aligns with leasing and brand objectives.
About You:
* Real Estate Experience: A strong understanding of the shopping centre and retail sectors is preferred.
* Asset Management & Leasing Experience: Previous experience in these areas is desirable.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent numeracy and analytical abilities to assess performance and identify opportunities.
