Job Description:
An established primary school in Essex is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This role will begin in April 2025, following the half-term break, and will be offered for one year with the potential for the position to extend or become permanent. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum for Year 4 students.
* Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of all students in the class.
* Regularly assess student progress, providing timely feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary to support individual learning.
* Create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and cohesion across the curriculum.
* Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress and engaging them in their child’s learning journey.
