HR Administrator (15-Month Maternity Cover) Contract Type: Fixed-term (15 months) Working Hours: Full-time, 8am to 5pm I am seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join my client's team on a 15-month maternity cover contract. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth processes and accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain compliance, new starter, and leaver documentation. Update and maintain HR system records. Assist with recruitment administration, including shortlisting and interview scheduling. Handle absence-related administration and produce reports. Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate data entry and preparing monthly payroll reports. Maintain personnel files. Provide ad hoc project-related support as needed. Respond to incoming HR queries, offering information and support or directing them to the appropriate team member. Personal Attributes Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
