About the role
In this role, you will:
* Establish a new Employee Experience and Development team, moving away from the traditional employee relations model.
* Develop and implement a new employee experience strategy, aligning our policies and processes to the new way of working.
* Prevent case escalation by utilising early intervention and engagement strategies.
* Lead complex and sensitive ER cases, advising and supporting other colleagues.
* Monitor and analyse trends and metrics, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in employment laws and best practices, sharing this knowledge to support compliance and risk mitigation.
About you
* A proven track record of success in leading employee relations within a fast-paced environment (desirable but not essential).
* Expertise in employment law and best practices.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Awareness of organisational development strategies and approaches.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action.
* A genuine passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive workplace.
* The ability to be both empathetic and decisive.
