We’re looking for an Evening Room Attendant to join our iconic Housekeeping team.

As an Evening Room Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
1. Consistently achieving the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas to create a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment for our guests.
2. Ensuring that the appropriate level of security for all guest belongings is achieved, aiding in creating a feeling of comfort and confidence for guests.
3. Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining all guest rooms to the required standard.
4. Providing turn down service.
5. Reporting any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems by recording all faults in work orders and passing them on to the Floor Manager.
As an Evening Room Attendant, you will be working on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 20 hours a week. Shift patterns will be in the evening from 5:30pm till 9pm (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.
To be a successful Evening Room Attendant candidate, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and most importantly, a genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests.
