My client is looking for a part-time Receptionist (to work Monday and Tuesday 8am - 5pm) to join their team based in LS12.
You must be a pro at multi-tasking - always able to meet and greet with a smile no matter what other tasks you may be doing. This role is really varied and is a long-term career choice - you will become an indispensable part of the team, a real go-to person and pivotal in a lot of duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting - signing in and out of visitors and packages.
2. Packing up mail/parcels to send to clients.
3. Issuing security badges.
4. Organising all post.
5. Operating the switchboard, answering a high volume of calls.
6. Typing up copy and documents.
7. Booking meeting rooms.
8. Managing emails and Teams.
9. Use of Sage.
10. Database management.
11. Occasional PA duties (typing/printing of documents) so a high degree of confidentiality is required.
12. Travel booking.
13. Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments.
14. Calling suppliers and facilities when needed.
This is a permanent role and working days will be Monday and Tuesday only.
