Our UK team plays a crucial role in serving clients across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, delivering tailored solutions and fostering long-term relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team.
As Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for some of our existing customers, while also working to expand our customer base. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities for growth, developing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse client accounts to uncover growth opportunities and upsell additional services/products.
2. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, production, and support) to ensure smooth delivery of services and projects.
3. Provide regular updates and detailed reports on account status, performance metrics, and progress toward goals.
4. Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with clients to ensure continuous business development and retention.
Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales/customer-facing sales role.
2. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented individual.
