About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and act as the bridge between Haystack and our customers. Whether you come from a recruitment background and are looking to transition into SaaS, or you’re an experienced SaaS Customer Success professional eager to learn about recruitment processes, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Onboarding:
* Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to use the Haystack platform.
* Tailor training sessions to match client needs, focusing on both SaaS functionalities and recruitment best practices.
1. Relationship Building:
* Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to resource.
* Regularly engage with clients to ensure they’re meeting their hiring goals using Haystack.
1. Platform Adoption:
* Encourage and drive adoption of Haystack’s tools and features to maximise customer outcomes.
* Identify areas where customers can optimise their recruitment efforts using our platform.
* Surfacing talent directly to an engaged portfolio of innovative tech companies.
1. Support and Collaboration:
* Provide top-tier customer support, helping clients troubleshoot issues and address questions.
* Partner with product and tech teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
1. Customer Growth and Retention:
* Monitor customer success metrics to identify growth opportunities or risk of churn.
* Work with sales to manage renewals and explore upsell opportunities.
1. Advocacy and Feedback:
* Act as the voice of the customer, delivering insights and feedback to internal teams.
* Collaborate with marketing to highlight customer success stories and build advocacy.
About You:
We’re looking for candidates with one of the following backgrounds:
* Recruitment Expertise: You have experience as a recruiter and are interested in transitioning into SaaS. You’re curious about technology and eager to apply your recruitment knowledge to help clients succeed using Haystack.
* SaaS Customer Success Expertise: You’ve worked in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company and are keen to dive into the world of recruitment. You have a passion for learning and adapting to new industries.
Additionally, You’ll Have:
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping customers achieve their goals.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
* An interest in data-driven decision-making to monitor client success.
