HR Manager – Bristol HQ (Part-time / Flexible Hours 10am-3pm / 25 hours per week)

Responsibilities / Areas of Focus
🌐 Employee Experience: Review and enhance the employee experience by facilitating and improving activities that help employees be more productive and satisfied at work, from onboarding to offboarding.
🌐 Training and Development: Develop and implement a proactive training and development plan that supports employees' career growth and enhances the team's skills and knowledge.
🌐 HR Processes: Oversee daily HR processes and operations, including managing learning and development initiatives, goal-setting frameworks, appraisal processes, and maintaining HR policies.
🌐 Employee Engagement: Continuously improve employee engagement, development, and retention by understanding team needs and fostering initiatives that promote satisfaction and commitment.
🌐 Culture and Communication: Manage internal communications, foster a positive company culture, and champion growth mindsets across the organisation.
🌐 Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, mediating conflicts, and supporting a harmonious and productive workplace.
