Our client, a well-known, international art business, is seeking an exceptional EA to support their deputy CEO. An experienced EA is a must for this; we are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, a diplomatic and mature communication style, and someone with significant experience coordinating complex international travel and managing ever changing diaries and schedules. The role will suit a candidate who someone who is comfortable taking a lead on project work and operational work too. The deputy CEO leans on this personal to spearhead companywide projects and initiatives, coordinate appraisals, manage budgets and analyse P&Ls. So, a numerate person who would enjoy taking on chief of staff/office and staff coordination style responsibility will be very well received. A yearlong FTC, the ideal candidate is likely to be available to start in early June and reliably commit for the duration of the contract. Previous knowledge and exposure to the Art world are a huge advantage for this position. The role offers some hybrid working, and the candidate is expected to travel between two office locations in central London.
