The role of Customer Demand Analyst is to deliver exceptional service to specific frozen retail customers. You will be responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of orders. As the primary daily contact, you will liaise with retailer supply chain contacts and internal business managers. Your role involves interpreting customer intelligence to provide the best possible view of short-term future sales. Additionally, you will support excellent service through proactive problem-solving and by identifying opportunities for improvement.
