Job Overview: The NI Sales Co-Ordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Field Sales and Commercial teams. This role works closely with the Field Sales Director, Head of On-Trade, and National Account Managers to ensure seamless operation and communication across departments. This is a key office-based role, focused on managing the preparation and reporting for customer meetings, supporting key account management, and acting as a liaison between brand teams and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Field Sales Director (NI), Head of On-Trade, Commercial Manager, and National Account Managers. Collate and present key field sales data using MS Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI. Prepare sales presentations for internal teams and customers using MS PowerPoint. Manage and fulfill weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. Act as a central point of contact for the Field Sales team, ensuring information is communicated efficiently across teams. Coordinate and organize team meetings and events, including brand events and customer trade shows. Ensure ongoing development and management of back-end sales technology and systems. Assist with customer trade shows and other relevant events throughout the year. Handle other duties as required to support business operations. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in food and drink, is highly prefered
