Job summary There is a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join Ty Bryngwyn Specialist Palliative care inpatient unit. The unit consists of 4 inpatient beds caring for patients with complex symptom management during the palliative phase of their illness. We work within a wider multidisciplinary model of care. Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse within the unit you will be responsible for the nursing care of the patients and working closely with the patients family. This role will hone your skills in nursing specialist palliative care patients, working within a proactive model of care and aiding discharge planning principles for this patient group. This is a 30 hour per week, permanent position The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
