Systems Support Administrator
Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU (Hybrid)
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Systems Support Administrator who will provide systems support to end users and project administration support as a member of the Business Applications team that supports Northern Europe. In this non-technical role, you will be responsible for providing first-line business application support and assisting with system administration tasks for projects in relation to existing customers, and mobilisations for new customer setups when required. Our applications are varied and exposure to all systems that we support will be a given.
An element of travel will be required from time to time. The role will provide development opportunities and progression as your experience and knowledge of systems grows. You will be working as part of a multi-country support team and an element of support and cross learning with the IT Support Analysts to ensure appropriate departmental cover is expected as and when required.
As an Apleona Systems Support Administrator, we’re looking for:
1. Application Knowledge (ERP/CAFM)
2. Experience within the FM Industry would be desirable
3. Ability to demonstrate support and administration skills
4. Willingness to learn new systems and processes
5. The person should be able to work both on their own and as part of a team
6. Ability to analyse and troubleshoot system issues including errors
7. Be able to travel throughout the UK & Ireland with occasional international travel
8. Full clean UK driving license
9. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, additional European languages would be a bonus
10. Flexible and an ability to learn and understand applications and business processes quickly
