The legal secretary position is in the conveyancing department and requires the legal secretary to ideally have some residential conveyancing experience.

The role of a Conveyancing Secretary includes:

* Managing a varied and busy workload
\n\t
* Handling phone calls and client inquiries
\n\t
* Performing audio typing and transcribing legal documents
\n\t
* Providing administrative support, such as scheduling and correspondence
\n\t
* Assisting the Team Leader and Fee Earners with document preparation and organisational tasks
