What We're Looking For:
* You must have at least 2 years of retail management experience
* Knowledge on driving sales & delivering exceptional customer service
* Natural-born leader wo can inspire and motivate the team
* Passion for fashion & attention to detail
* Leadership, motivator, & aspirational attributes
* High level of written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks & overall expectations
* A love for the Glue brand & culture
* Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities include:
* Lead by example & setting management expectations across your team
* Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
* Assist with roster management
* Train, mentor, & coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
* Manage the team ( Shop Floor & Back of House ) to ensure that tasks are completed in a efficient and effective manner
* Proactive approach in loss prevention management
* Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
