What you will do in the role… The successful candidate will be responsible for developing trusted and consultative relationships across multiple levels of seniority, within a small, assigned portfolio of existing key accounts. They will offer direct line management to a team of Relationship Managers & Customer Relations Executives, providing support, guidance and advice to ensure delivery of collective targets relating to year-on-year growth, renewals, and enhanced customer experience. The successful candidate would also be required to develop and execute a tailored sales and growth strategy for the small portfolio of customer under their direct management, whilst simultaneously supporting their direct reports to deliver the same across their respective customer portfolios. As a home-based role, you will enjoy working independently, whilst maintaining close collegial relationships within the commercial team and direct reports. Do you have experience in delivering success in a Senior Account Manager role and have a personal drive to delivery strategic objectives ? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you to join us.,
* Experience working within the capacity of Senior Account Manager or similar senior roles, within healthcare or similar public health organisations.
* Proven track record in securing and achieving business targets, ideally within a healthcare setting.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication skills and proven experience in being able to communicate in a clear and articulate manner in verbal and written form
Desirable
* Educated to Degree level or relevant experience
* Experience of Mental or Physical Healthcare services within a corporate Occupational Health setting
* Healthcare knowledge including knowledge of Occupational Health landscape
* Proficiency in CRM systems
