We are looking for someone confident, and organised and we would ideally be interested to progress to sales once the apprenticeship is completed. Main Duties: Answering the Phone and Redirecting Calls: Manage incoming calls, provide assistance, and direct calls to the appropriate team members. Booking Sales Jobs: Schedule and coordinate sales jobs for the sales team, ensuring efficient use of resources. Finances: Helping to complete spreadsheets and reports. Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding job updates, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records. Job Pricing Training: Once confident, you will receive training on how to price jobs accurately to support the sales team.
