Elevation HR are delighted to be working on a Senior HR Manager role for a South Yorkshire based client looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager/HRBP to join their team.
The role offers excellent benefits and will be hybrid/flexible c2-3 days in the office.
This is a key role in the department and will lead the day-to-day operations, managing a small team of HRBPs and HR Administrators. This is an opportunity to progress the department and streamline systems and processes as well as enable a more creative, proactive (and less reactive) approach to HR.
The role will be fully involved in the day-to-day activity as a point of reference for elevated queries and have the leadership abilities to develop and improve policies and procedures.
As well as a fully generalist HR remit, we’re also looking for someone who has experience of compensation and benefits projects as the role will lead on initiatives involving:
* Analysing and reporting on HR data and metrics
* Reviewing and developing HR reporting and analytics for the Group
* Design of compensation frameworks
* Reviewing and introducing job evaluation frameworks
* Reviewing job content and role architectures
The ideal person should be a generalist HR manager with exposure to employee relations, management coaching and development, talent acquisition, and people management. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership capabilities with the ability to drive HR for the business.
* Strong HR generalist experience with demonstrable HR team management skills
* Desirable experience within Compensation and Benefits facilitation
* Strong people and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and influence all levels of stakeholders
* Strong commercial focus with excellent problem-solving skills
* Solid data and IT literacy and the ability to share technical knowledge and data analysis results across the Group
