Healthcare Partnership Manager - Urology/Gynaecology - North East, Yorkshire & East Midlands
Our client is a young & dynamic, rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of generic and speciality pharmaceutical products. They have a skilled management team who can add value to their partners in the UK market and elsewhere in Europe. In speciality medicines, they are investing in niche/value-added products suited to branding and promotion aimed at primary and secondary care customers.
They are currently seeking a Healthcare Partnership Manager whose primary objective will be to deliver sales by utilising customer data and market insights to develop and implement bespoke engagement plans for different customer groups to deliver value that ultimately drives sales.
This will be achieved by the rapid uptake of ICB guidance, prioritising key accounts and activity within your customer groups. The primary external target will include Clinical Pharmacists and Secondary Care specialists.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of commercial acumen with a proven track record of selling success in secondary care. It would be beneficial to have an understanding of a Payor strategy. Therapy knowledge is not essential. It is however essential to have a good understanding of the NHS and the NHS structure and be able to demonstrate the principles of account management as well as having passed the ABPI.
