We are currently looking for Multi trade operative in the Newark area, to work a well-established social housing contractor on the reactive maintenance team. This is a permanent role, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!
As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:
* All aspects of carpentry
* All aspects of plumbing
* UPVC windows & doors
* Patch plastering
* Tiling
* Painting & Decorating
I am looking for a Multi trade operative who:
* Has a full UK driving licence
* Ideally has a qualification in a relevant trade
* Has relevant industry experience
* Has relevant experience within social housing
In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:
* £31,200 basic salary
* Company van & fuel card
* Power tools provided
* Call outs available
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holiday
* Pension scheme
* Permanent employment
