About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be a crucial part of the commercial management of multiple projects, from tender to final account. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll ensure robust financial controls, secure resources, and help keep projects on track and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting cost value reconciliations and handling contract variations
Monitoring project progress and managing subcontractor agreements
Collaborating with teams to maintain accurate financial reporting and secure necessary resources
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
Experience in a similar role is desirable
Preferably experienced in renewables, substations, wind farms, or infrastructure projects
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in cost-based software packages
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel as needed
