We are looking for a confident, experienced professional, who has a self-driven approach to problem solving and high-level communication, literacy and numeracy skills. The successful post holder will work alongside committed and like-minded colleagues, both in school and as part of the Trust’s wider network of school business professionals. Our new Business Manager will provide overall strategic leadership and management at school level regarding all aspects of finance, administration, HR, and operational support. The post holder will be our leading support staff professional. In this role, they will provide leadership and management to Woodchurch Road’s non-teaching support staff. They will work within the Trust’s financial framework and maintain a strong relationship with the Trust’s central team to ensure the academy’s business and financial procedures deliver the highest possible standards. You will be able to work within a collaborative management organisation; supporting the Senior Leadership Team with sound financial advice and guidance, whilst taking responsibility for your own area of work.
