Registered Home Manager
Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to oversee the operations a new residential care home in Bristol. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient management of staff and have commissioning experience.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the care home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and families to coordinate care plans
Requirements:
- Registered Manager with a valid PIN
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans
- Experience in staff recruitment, training, and development
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care
