TimePlan are recruiting for a Qualified Secondary School Food Technology and Health & Social Care Teacher in Woking, for either 3-4 days a week!
If you're passionate about inspiring students in both the kitchen and the classroom, and nurturing their understanding of health, well-being, and social care, this is the role for you!
The successful teacher must:
1. Be a qualified teacher to UK standard (QTS)
2. Be passionate about educating students aged 11-18 years
3. Have or be able to apply for a DBS
4. Be available for either 3 or 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering engaging and practical Food Technology and Health & Social Care lessons to students across various year groups (up to KS4)
2. Planning and preparing dynamic, interactive lessons that meet the needs of all learners
3. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve
4. Creating a positive, safe, and inspiring classroom environment where students feel confident and motivated to explore both subjects
5. Encouraging students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and develop key skills for their futures
