The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, ensuring the smooth delivery of major energy projects.
Acting as the primary contact for key accounts, you will support local authority clients on heat decarbonisation initiatives, guiding projects from contract award to completion, while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will also develop new project commercials, identify growth opportunities for clients and strengthen partnerships to foster long-term success.
Additionally, you will:
- Attend regular project progress meetings
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively
- Assist clients with approval documents, project briefings, and proposals
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes
About You
To be considered as a Key Account Manager, you will need:
- At least two years’ experience in customer or account management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships
- The ability to produce high-quality client reports swiftly
- A high level of commercial acumen
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service
- An interest in renewable energy
