About the Team
With one of the largest organisational change portfolios, this is an exciting time to join the Transformation Directorate within Customer Compliance Group (CCG).
Within CCG Transformation, a significant part of our role is working with the wider HMRC portfolio of projects and programmes including Making Tax Digital and the Single Customer Account Programme as well as those that are CCG-led such as Digital Disclosure Service, Self-Assessment Risking and Strategic Returns Analysis Tool projects, to support the end-to-end change lifecycle of business-critical systems from early design through to business readiness and embedding activity.
Job Description
The PCP Programmes has delivered a new data platform and operational analytics capability for HMRC to be supported by a new DevOps model.
• To support the new way of working and the continual cross HMRC improvement of the capability, an Engagement team is being created to support the data citizens and end users optimise value of the platform, strategic prioritisation and enable effective decision making via the new governance.
• The team is accountable for the co-creation of value, manage and meeting stakeholders' expectations, and navigating the complexities of change management.
• Playing a meaningful role in navigating the complex landscape of modern business and technology, ensuring that organisations can effectively leverage their IT capabilities to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Aligning business IT with business objectives, ensuring that Minerva investments and backlog prioritisation match the strategic direction and needs of HMRC business groups.
• Build strong and strategic partnerships between HMRC business groups, and CDIO including the Minerva ecosystem and other stakeholders.
• Foster relationships and understanding between the HMRC business groups and CDIO to enable the continuous and quality improvement of the Minerva platform and products and increase service effectiveness.
• Facilitate change management ensuring that changes in services, processes, or technology align with Minerva Objective Key Results and are implemented efficiently without reinventing business operations.
• Enhance data citizen and customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and expectations so that CDIO can improve products, services and experiences relating to Minerva.
• Identify opportunities where collaboration between HMRC business groups and CDIO can create additional value.
