Job summary There is an exciting opportunity within the HNEP Business Unit at Royal Derby Hospital for someone to join the ENT secretarial as a Support Secretary. We are looking for a team player who will be working alongside and supporting the Medical Secretaries within the business unit in respect of their NHS work. Main duties of the job Typing and despatch of clinical correspondence relating to NHS medical patients within the quality standards and time limits as specified. Assist in the upkeep of the departmental clinical information and general filing correspondence. An understanding of the 18-week RTT process. Responsible for the regular case note maintenance and accurate filing. Books and arranges meetings when required. To provide support and cover to other areas to the Business Unit/Division and to undertake other duties as requested.
