About the Company - My client is a leading, global corporate finance advisor that provides strategic advice on M&A, Debt Advisory and Project Finance deals within the Infrastructure and Renewables sector across global geographies.
About the Role - This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning and highly deal rich team focusing on deals within renewables and infrastructure sector at the Analyst level with ideally 2-3 years’ of M&A experience. You will be someone who wants to be at the heart of the transaction, working on the deal rather than briefing someone else. An experience in infrastructure, utilities and renewables from an investment bank, private equity, project finance team or from a Big 4 modelling team would be advantageous, along with deep knowledge and familiarity of financial project modelling which is key to this role.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of marketing materials – information memorandums, teasers, RFPs and management presentations.
* Engagement with client and management teams and providing support on investor and management materials.
* Producing financial models and being a client facing member of the transaction team with responsibility for building a transaction model.
* Providing due diligence – preparing request for proposals, due diligence review and assist with drafting, assist with incorporating DD findings and inputs into key valuation materials and financial models.
* Manage the communication and information flow between the relevant parties in the “team”.
Qualifications - Must have at least 18 months – 3 years of corporate finance experience from a Big 4 corporate finance team or boutique M&A house or investment bank ideally with infrastructure sector experience. Must be able to build financial models from scratch and have an understanding of regulated and unregulated infrastructure assets. Have a can-do attitude and willingness. Must be highly analytical, motivated with leadership potential. Excellent communication, problem solving and presentation skills. Exemplary academic record.
