Our client is a small but growing business based in St. Neots, specialising in Audio Visual design, supply, installation services, and media solutions for businesses across the UK and internationally. Following a recent acquisition of a similar business, they are now looking to expand their team.
Are you the right person for the job?
Previous accounts experience and proficiency with Xero
Experience working with companies offering recurring billing or Software as a Service (SaaS) products
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
What will your role look like?
As the Accounts Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
General accounts administration and data input
Accounts reconciliation
VAT preparation
Weekly and monthly financial reports
Basic forecasting
Banking payments
Responding to customer account queries
