Your new role
* Process and reconcile credit card expenses
* Assist with balance sheet accounts reconciliation, prepayments and accruals, lease commitments
* Assist with Quarterly VAT return
* Monitor Finance and Finance support mailboxes
* Transaction Processing - Bank
* Upload bank transactions onto the finance system
* Reconcile bank accounts daily within the finance system
* Assist in updating the cash flow statement
* Sales Ledger
* Assist with routine credit control
* Purchase Ledger
* Set up supplier accounts
* Raise purchase orders
What you'll need to succeed
* You will be available to start from the 4th November

* £25,000 annual salary FTE
* Temp contract until March 2025
