We are currently seeking a Talent Partner to work with our global FMCG client UL, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position can be based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey or is open to working fully remote. This full-time temporary role is for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
* Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
