We are looking to recruit a customer service administrator for our client. Candidates should be smart with a pleasant personality, excellent telephone manner and good numeracy and literacy skills. Candidates must be able to organise their workload and prioritise their workload. The role means you will have daily contact with many key customers and applicants must be able to provide a flexible approach to a key job function and be capable of adapting to the demands of the business whilst providing first class customer service in a fast moving market. Hours of work are between 0800 and 1730 on a rota basis with 37.5 hours contracted per week between those opening hours.
