Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Duties: 1. Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). 2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities. 3. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress. 4. Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary. 5. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Required Qualifications: 1. A recognised teaching qualification. 2. Experience working with students with SEN. 3. Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN. Knowledge and Skills: 1. Understanding of different learning styles and abilities. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Specialised training in SEN education. 2.
