Job Title: Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

Salary: £52,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Attachment and Loss Disorders, and Challenging Behaviours
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Experience as a Registered Manager within the last 5 years in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our newly registered 3-bed children's home. This role is suited for a professional with a strong track record in Ofsted-regulated services who is passionate about providing high-quality, therapeutic care for young people.
The ideal candidate will be child-focused, resilient, and motivated to create a nurturing and structured environment. They must have proven leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.

Requirements:
* Must be a current Registered Manager with Ofsted experience (not seeking Deputy Managers looking to step up)
* Regulation 28 Compliant
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and children's home regulations
* Proven experience in staff leadership, development, and creating a positive culture
* Must be child-focused, prioritising quality care over profit
* Full UK driving licence required (only employing drivers)
