ABOUTTHE ROLE
Under the directorof the Senior Security Manager your primary role will be carryingout site visits for technology systems checks ensuring the clienthas the expected security coverage utilising technology &or manned guard services in order to maintain the integrity& security of the client s sites & assets to thebest of our ability & conduct CCTV & incidentsecurity investigations.
This positioncovers a large area with the office based in St Albans &the requirement to travel within the England area for clientvisits
ABOUTYOU
Candidates musthave:
* A valid frontline SIAlicence
* Minimum 3 years securitymanagement experience with a good understanding of CCTV systemsinvestigations & operations isessential
* Must have good workingknowledge of Windows based systems (Microsoft Word Microsoft ExcelOutlook)
* Able to create reports withclear & conciseinformation.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitorcompany service delivery on clientdeployments
* Investigate incidents tounderstand root cause
* Advise clientsof Areas of coverage & noncoverage
* Risk manages all aspects ofour service delivery
* Ensure keyterms are upheld
* Ensure servicedelivery is in line with companySLAs
* Areas of noncoverage reporting& coverage plans
* POC for theMonitoring Station for advice on out of hours incidents &potential attendances for seriousincidents.
KEYDUTIES
* TechnologyPost installation service visits & checks Quarterly Servicevisits daily site visits area of non coverreports
* Ensure KPI s are in linewith targets
* Incident response forclient site issues whererequired.
* Full and reconfigurationsurveys on deployable systemstechnologies.
* Liaise withengineering re faults issues & reportableevents.
* Being commercially aware inregard to businessopportunities.
* Prompt Clientresolution and Incident signoff
* Explain technology systemcapabilities & limitations/ qualify client sexpectations
* Be commercially awareand bill for client led issues : Damaged products power incidentsor multiple reconfigurations of deployedsystems.
* Multidept liaison managingfault visits system reconfigurations technology installationsurveys.
