We are seeking experienced Solution Designers with expertise in identity and access management solutions, specifically with exposure to SailPoint and/or CyberArk.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience in Solution Design within identity and access management.
* Expertise in SailPoint and/or CyberArk solutions.
* Proficiency in technologies such as:
* Active Directory (AD)
* Microsoft Entra
* OKTA
Requirement Analysis
* Collaborate with Technical Teams (e.g., Security, Architecture, IT Operations & Product Groups), Technical Analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
* Identify potential solutions to meet project requirements.
Solution Design
* Develop end-to-end solutions aligned with project requirements and technical constraints.
* Create detailed solution architectures, including service, process, or technical designs.
* Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and adhere to project and architecture standards.
Technical Documentation
* Prepare comprehensive technical documentation such as design specifications, TRAP/TRM, LLD, HLD, or technical notes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration and Communication
* Work closely with Project and Product Teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
* Provide technical guidance and support during project phases or work packages.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
* Represent the Project Group and support technical staff during design reviews at Pre or Technical Design Authority meetings
Quality Assurance
* Participate in reviews and testing activities to ensure solution quality and performance.
* Identify and mitigate risks or issues that could impact project success.
Continuous Improvement
* Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Recommend and implement improvements to systems and processes where applicable.
Other Responsibilities
* Balance legacy system improvements with project-specific requirements, focusing on areas like PAM, identity, or remediation.
* Represent the Product Group professionally, aligning with its strategy and fostering collaboration across Technical Teams.
* Adhere to architecture guardrails, standards, and policies.
